About the position

At Perido, we are looking for an administrator/internal service employee for a client based in central Stockholm. The role is broad and suits you who enjoy responsibility, structure, and being an important part of the daily operations. The position is 90% between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (including one hour for lunch). On Mondays, work starts at 8:00 AM. The work takes place on-site at the office. Immediate start.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and managing conference room bookings. The work also includes invoicing for bookings and, if necessary, scheduling janitors and substitutes. Additionally, you will staff the reception for a few hours each day and serve as a natural point of contact for visitors and colleagues.

You will work in a new operational system that is new for everyone in the organization. Therefore, there are no ready-made templates or established working methods, which requires structure, independence, and the ability to take initiative.

Your qualities

We are looking for a stable and secure person who remains calm even during periods of high workload. You are resilient, unafraid, and take responsibility for your tasks independently. You work carefully and systematically and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems and working methods. The role involves many points of contact, which means you thrive in a service-oriented function and have a professional approach in your daily interactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally

Scope and start date

Part-time at 90%, consulting assignment until June 30, 2026. Immediate start.
